Everything, rebuilt anew.

We took the structure down to the original front wall and rebuilt everything—new foundation, full framing, and a complete custom home from the ground up. The house was originally relocated from Camp Mabry to a different street and our design honors that history while delivering modern performance and comfort. At the homeowner’s request, we preserved the beloved front brick, integrating it seamlessly with custom materials, finishes, and detailing. The result is a character-rich home that blends heritage with a fresh, cohesive design.
